I had an average experience with Strauss architectural systems. The company website (straussllc.com) is informative and user-friendly. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time for my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing outstanding.
