My experience with Infogrow has been a mixed bag. On one hand, their website is beautifully designed and user-friendly. However, the customer support was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. I expected better from a reputable company like Infogrow.
