🌟 Working at Paid time off has been a wonderful experience so far. The paid time off policy is very generous, allowing me to take time off whenever I need it. The company really values work-life balance, which is a refreshing change compared to my previous job. The team is also very supportive and collaborative. The only area for improvement would be better communication regarding PTO accrual.
