I had a mixed experience with The CarShare Guy. The website was easy to use, but the car I rented was not in great condition. It had some mechanical issues and the interior was not very clean. However, the customer service was helpful and they promptly resolved my issues. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of car maintenance.
