I've been using the buses in Laval for a while now, and overall, I'm quite happy with the service. The drivers are friendly, and the buses are usually on time. However, there are times when the buses are overcrowded, especially during rush hours. But, that's to be expected in a busy city. I would recommend using the STL service for your daily commute.
