Snapload is an average company. Their service is satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. I have used their website multiple times to recharge my phone, and it has worked fine. The user interface is simple and easy to navigate. However, I feel that they could improve their customer support as it took longer than expected to get a response when I encountered an issue.
