Pyxim Wireless is an average company. Their website pyxim.com is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would say they are an average company and there is room for improvement.
