On the TCFIF web site it says "customer first" don't believe what you read. Since TCFIF was chosen to provide the floor plan for the product I carry they have forced me to change the way I run my business to their way. They use to mail statements and now I have to retrieve them myself. They will no longer mail a check back when a customer has financed a piece of equipment but forced me to provide a bank account number so that they can make the deposit electronically. They also do not send any e-mail letting me know when the funds have been deposited. And if there is a issue with a payment no notice is given. No phone call or e-mail at all as they will just start charging interest. I also paid some interest early and it was shown on the remittance what it was for but they never applied it correctly as it went into what they call suspense. What they have done is shifted the work load from them to the merchant with no compensation.
