Bad customer service and outdated rooms...stayed 6...

Bad customer service and outdated rooms...stayed 6 nights for convention mangement. Will not recommend it in my report. Don't stay in north tower.

My rooms refrigerator had a leak and all they did was put a towel on it. They didmt replace the refeigerator even after it was reported. Also, i had found a bug one night crawling on my wall one night. See picture
