I have been shopping at Multi Groce for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the product selection is decent. However, there have been a couple of instances where the items I ordered were out of stock and I was only notified after placing the order. It can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would say their service needs improvement.
