Words can't describe the poor communication this company had. Different answers depending on who you talked on why the delay after delay after delay. Over 12 weeks to get a product they said would be 4 weeks. Emails sent to President regarding delays and quality of work with little response. Still waiting for a response actually. It really seemed like they didn't care about their business or how they treated a customer. The cabinets came with numerous deficiencies and poor quality, not one or two deficiencies but well over 20 from poor cuts, bad glue, cuts in wood, dirty, etc etc. When I complained they said "most of the deficiencies you can hardly see!" Most of my problems could of been handled if senior management just got involved and communicated with their client. After numerous emails that still hasn't happened. Might of been better to of ordered from a company off the island as I think they have forgotten about the customer.
