Worst!!! You could spend hours on the phone wading through the maze of prompts, waiting for someone to answer, and getting the runaround when you finally reach a live body. Some "employees" can be quite smug also, as if you'd dared to phone royalty. If you're not a patient soul you may as well save your dime and not even call.
