Lady who picked up the phone had no idea how to answer the basic questions I was asking. Said she would email me prices, never did and she also said to email them for any questions I had and a tech would respond. I'm about to spend 4 grand and I can't even talk to someone?

I don't understand businesses who have people answering the phone with little to no knowledge on what they are selling. Straight up lost a customer in a 3 minute phone call conversation.
