OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

I can t say enough about how wonderful Valerie and her husband Gary were to work with. It started with an accurate assessment of our property with
Comps in the area. We listed on a Thursday priced slightly below market. Valerie's masterful management of agents and offers had us three above asking
price offers by Saturday at 3pm.

The buyers lender was troubled with delivering on time claiming to be backlogged with refi s which delayed our close by three weeks. Valerie was in regular contact with
Escrow and communicated with us by both phone and email daily with quick updates. As the delay continued, Valerie s recommendations on what our responses should be
were spot on and helpful.

As this was our weekend house, it was challenging to get some small repairs done, packing and cleaning could only be done on the weekends. Gary was life saver by doing
donation deliveries, dump runs and letting repair services into the house. They both know all the locals who can get work done for you.

We ve dealt with a number of agents over the years and everyone of them promised they could deliver. Valerie and Gary actually did.
