My experience with Embrace Yourself has been a rollercoaster ride. On one hand, the quality of their products is unmatched. The items I have purchased from them have been long-lasting and reliable. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I faced some issues with the delivery and it took a while to get a response from their team. Overall, I would rate them as average.
