Low pay, poor communication, extremely disorganize...

Low pay, poor communication, extremely disorganized, they promise new employees a work site near their home and a month later they are still per diem filling in at awful locations...if there are no sites nearby available why not be upfront? then they offer the employee a permanent shift forty minutes away from their home in a location thats not safe for minimum wage- when i questioned this i was told your a volunteer fireman, u risk your life for free but not for pay ... sorry sir, a responsible company doesn t put their guards in harms way... dont waste your time folks
