I have been a customer of S.p.a. inc/softpack ltd. for over a year now and I must say that their services are average. The overall experience is decent but there is room for improvement. The website softpack.com is easy to navigate and their customer support is responsive. However, I have encountered a few technical issues with their software. I hope they can address these issues and enhance their product in the future.
