I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, which made finding information a breeze. However, I was slightly disappointed with the level of customer service. 🤷‍♂️ The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and there were times when I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. On the plus side, the product I received was of good quality and met my expectations. The delivery was also prompt, so no complaints there. I appreciate the effort the company puts into their products, but I hope they can improve their customer service to enhance the overall experience. 😊
