Needed some help deciding on wireless earphones and approached a staff(young man) on the 3rd floor in the earphone section who provided brilliant brilliant service helping me with the questions which I had, alerting me to their monthly promotional coupons and made the tax claim process smooth and seamless.. Young fella spoke English well enough and was very proactive in providing exceptional customer service!!!
