I had an average experience with Bright Path Counselling. The counselors were professional and understanding, but I felt like they lacked a personal touch. They listened to my concerns, but I didn't feel a strong connection with them. The website was informative and easy to navigate, so that was a plus. Overall, it was a decent experience.
