I recently hired a company to build a custom pool and spa for my backyard oasis. The process was fairly smooth, but I encountered some bumps along the way. The initial design phase was great, and they had some unique ideas to offer. However, the communication and project management could have been better. There were a few delays, and the project took longer than expected to complete. The quality of the final product is decent, but there were a few minor flaws that I wish had been addressed before completion. Overall, the experience was average. There were some positives, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and timeliness.
