I recently used their services to find a rental property and had a somewhat average experience. The website provided a decent amount of information about available properties, but the search functionality could be improved. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did have to follow up a few times to get a response. The property viewing process was smooth, but I felt that the agent could have been more knowledgeable about the neighborhood. Overall, the experience was okay, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of website usability and agent training.
