I recently used this company's services for a fermentation project, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, there were some areas that could be improved. The customer service was polite and responsive, but there were some delays in communication and obtaining necessary information. The quality of the fermentation process itself was average, and the final product met the basic requirements but lacked the exceptional quality I was hoping for. The pricing was competitive, but I felt that the value for the cost could have been better. Overall, I would consider using this company again for a similar project, but I would hope to see improvements in communication and product quality in the future.
