I recently had the opportunity to work with a company on improving my website. I must say, the team at Dmus Media did a decent job. They were able to address most of my concerns and make the necessary updates. However, I did feel that the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
