Do not sign up! If you want to cancel the service later they will bill you for another month. Today I spoke to Lauren W. via chat and she was the reason for the 2 starts and for this review, she was rude and has no customer service skills. Everything was going well for an entire year but when I started a chat to cancel my wife's account She was very pushy and made it very clear that I still had to pay for another month (for service/work done) that is not being done anymore. I asked if she could make an adjustment and she refused. Well, I ended cancelling my wife's account and my account....all of this just for $11.00 that she refused to credit and/or waive. I was considering using them again but not after the way I was treated. I asked to speak to her manager and told me to call the 800 number. By Felicia!!!
