The service provided by Montgolfieres air pegasus was average. Although the experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory overall. The hot air balloon ride itself was enjoyable and offered beautiful views of the surroundings. It would be great if the company could work on enhancing the overall experience to make it more memorable for customers.
