I recently had the pleasure of using Vern's Collision, Inc. for some repair work on my car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the quality of their work was good. However, I did experience some delays in the completion of the repairs, which is why I am giving them an average rating. Overall, they did a decent job, but there is room for improvement.
