Avoid BCP

BCP were involved in approving an extension at my home. This was signed off but it later emerged that the steel was not in correct position and was not stable, there was no insulation in the walls, there was insufficient underfloor ventilation, timbers were badly cut, the tiles were incorrect for the roof pitch and the Velux windows were incorrectly installed.
Makes you wonder if the company knows what to look for when signing off a project. Very dissatisfied.
