Though the tag line boasts of " being the best place to work", waiting for a close friend till 1.30 AM, who had gone to work @ 10.0 AM the previous day changed the outlook about her workplace. It puts serious questions on management practices and employee - employer relationships, especially when a woman is made to work continuously for 15 hours at a stretch and not even providing a safe home drop facility at an odd hour. It made me think about the personal and familial pressures the members of the IT community endure in their daily lives.
