I've been a customer of OpenCFD Limited, who operates openfoam.com, for several years now. I must say I'm quite disappointed with their services. The company lacks innovation and their software is outdated. The website is slow and lacks proper documentation. The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their offerings.
