If I could give a zero rating I would do exactly that. Quite frankly zero is much better than they deserve. After reading some of these other reviews I can clearly see they were not written by someone who knows the misfortune of being railroaded by them. The atmosphere at the corporate office may be inviting and upbeat as well as beautiful. This is likely due to the fact that they are being paid well by insurance companies to overlook common human decency and any morality that may have been instilled in them by their parents. In my experience which has been most specifically with case manager Rob C. I find that there is a complete disconnect between what is right and what is profitable. Navihealth is a company that insurers like BCBS, Medicare Plus Blue, and soon HAP use to save money. They save money by paying Navihealth to deny as many patients as possible their rights to healthcare coverage. They do this by finding any loophole in a patients medical record or personal history to exploit and void the insurers obligation to cover that patient's expenses. These are commercial insurance companies meaning that people pay a premium to their insurer for their services to in turn be bamboozled out of medical insurance coverage by an insurer who is looking for any reason not to do right by their customers. If your insurance company chooses to associate with Navihealth they are choosing to care for your money and not for your well being. Why do they use Navihealth do you ask? That is so they can distance themselves from the bad press of not caring about their customers and providing a bad service. They want you to see it as Navihealth is denying your health care coverage not your insurance company. They use Navihealth to keep a squeaky clean record to help them sell more of their worthless insurance plans to more decent people to don't expect to be railroaded by their insurer who looks to be good on paper.
