I have been a resident at Lighthouse Village Condominium Association, INC for over three years now and overall, my experience has been average. The management team is responsive to my concerns and the maintenance crew is prompt in resolving issues. However, I have noticed some recurring issues with the cleanliness of the common areas, which could be improved. Additionally, the noise levels can be high at times due to nearby construction. Despite these drawbacks, the location is convenient and the amenities are well-maintained.
