Yes, I did call to join the BBB. I was told by the sales person that most businesses get a high approval rating when they join. I was also told that if we did not get approved by the BBB, we would be refunded our membership fee.

I did get back to the BBB, however, they gave us a litany of things to fix that we have no control over. For example, the prices we charge are based upon what our vendor sets. We do not set these prices. Our software that we create is not offered by others because we are the programmers who developed it so there are no others to compare with.

So, the BBB's issues were not relayed to us in a way that made sense to us. We are quite new but our policies are definitely available. Maybe if the BBB did not insist on a two week response time to fulfill their requirements. Lastly, they also do not consider that the amount of paperwork to complete today has exploded since the 1940's and getting it all together is not a simple task. They are not easy to work with nor were they a customer. Therefore, they were not our priority at the time.

Worst money spent ever!
