I have been a customer of Cost Reduction Analysts, INC for over a year now and I must say their service is average. While they do deliver on their promises, I feel like there is room for improvement. The communication could be better and sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. However, they have helped me save money and improve efficiency in my business, so I can't complain too much.
