I had an average experience with Solomons Carpet Sales And Service. The staff was friendly and the installation was smooth, but the quality of the carpet was not as expected. It started showing signs of wear within a few months, and I had to get it replaced. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't rate them as great.
