I had a mixed experience with Z9 Viagens e Turismo. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were able to answer all of my questions promptly. However, I was disappointed with the lack of information provided on their website. I had to call and speak to a representative to get the details I needed. Overall, I would rate them as average.
