Waiting almost 2 hours baggage, that was supposed ...

Waiting almost 2 hours baggage, that was supposed to be hand luggage but thanks to Ryanair we are still waiting for out luggage.
A lot of people and looks like nothing is happening.
Worse than terrible Luton..
