I have been a customer of Csw insurance brokers ltd for several years now and I must say that their service has been average at best. While they are responsive and professional, I haven't had any outstanding experiences with them. The claims process can be a bit slow at times and the rates are not the most competitive in the market. Overall, I would consider them an average insurance company.
