I have been a customer of Sm saúde for a while now and overall, I am happy with their services. Their coverage is extensive and their plans are reasonably priced. However, there have been instances where I faced delays in claims processing and their customer support was not very helpful in addressing my concerns. They have room for improvement in these areas.
