I had a disappointing experience with Acr componentes eletrônicos ltda. The product I purchased was faulty and when I contacted their customer service, they were unhelpful in resolving the issue. It took multiple follow-ups to finally get a replacement, which was quite frustrating. However, I must admit that their website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. If they can improve their customer service, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
