My experience with Payline hasn't been perfect, but it's been close enough for me to give them 5 stars. I've been working with Mike Abramovic, who is an excellent contact for the company. He solves problems and gets the right department involved when there's an issue.

If you understand "interchange plus" pricing you'll see that Payline has one of the better rates out there. And in my experience the price we were quoted and what we got have matched. Also, I love their system for storing transactions - they are stored on a secure online database where you can not only see the transaction date, amount, the cardholder's name, but you can re-run or refund the transaction if needed. For us this has been a game-changer, so we have not only saved money on fees, but saved substantial time also.

Payline probably isn't for everyone, but especially if you have a medical or dental office, or any office that has patients, this is the company I would highly recommend.
