I have been using Navigraph for several years now and I must say their service is average. Their charts are updated regularly and their software is easy to use. However, there are times when the charts are not accurate and it can be frustrating when preparing for a flight. The support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a proper solution. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory.
