Best value gym in the area. Machines aren't brand new but they get the job done. It's not a scene so you can focus on your workout. For visitors to SF It's $20 for a day pass or $80 for a monthly pass that is not auto renewed. Try getting those rates at the other nearby gyms as a visitor. Locker room has free lockers, men's showers and a little loo.
