I have been a customer of Lock 'n' load for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. They have decent products, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are fair, and the staff is helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some issues with their delivery process. Overall, I would rate Lock 'n' load as an average company.
