Quality of service is terrible,I made a great mist...

Quality of service is terrible,I made a great mistake my insuring my car with them,it took 2 weeks for resolution of claim, for a minor incident...The timing of response is so slow that I hard to keep waiting and waiting to get response to my email.

I made a mistake by insuring my car with them, I hope you don't make the same mistake..

Worst experience ever with an insurance company..
