Thank you Dr Nupur for your excellent guidance. Staying abroad I always thought it would be difficult for me to follow the diet prescribed by her.but thanks to Dr Nupur I did not face much problems in this regard. Thanks to her carefully designed diet plan I feel more energetic and fresh both physically and mentally everyday, especially in this testing COVID 19 times. Thank you Dr Nupur.
