I am a customer of Dave Frederick And Family, INC. Overall, I would rate their services as average. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful, but the quality of their products could be improved. I have had a few issues with the products I purchased, and it took some time to get them resolved. However, once the issues were addressed, the company provided me with a satisfactory solution. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the problems, but I believe there is room for improvement.
