I recently booked a tour package with Bombay Travel Service - India and it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. The tour guide provided limited information and seemed disinterested in answering questions. Additionally, some of the attractions included in the package were not worth the visit. Overall, I would rate my experience with Bombay Travel Service - India as average.
