I had an undesirable customer related experience while getting my business taxes done at accurate bookkeeping. As a first time customer my first impression was wow and how do they stay in business. As, I expressed my concerns to Barbara and her team they listened carefully and heard my complaint. Barbara and team members took action steps to resolve my concerns. In addition made me feel comfortable with continuing my taxes with thier company. Barbara and team provided a great customer experience while turning a negative situation in to a positive situation and solution. As a first time customer I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome because they handled the situation and business tax return very professionally. A+ rating and customer for life.
