I recently purchased a music instrument from Twinsmusic enterprises and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit disinterested in helping me choose the right instrument. Overall, it was an average experience.
